This infographic is the first in a three-part series derived from From Fragmentation to Focus: The Future of Cross-Channel Marketing, an eBook which compiles key insights gathered from marketers through research conducted by Blueshift. The focus of this installment is Customer Retention.

OBJECTIVE:
Create a visually compelling, easy-to-navigate piece that flows intuitively from panel to panel, using strategic imagery and clear text hierarchy. It was also designed with modularity in mind—allowing for effortless repurposing across social media and email channels.
